Flat-stitched seams eliminate bunching and won’t dig into skin. A half inch wide elastic face opening stretches to full 16" to ensure a snug fit around most SCBA masks. UL Classified to NFPA 1971 Standard on Protective Ensembles for Structural Fire Fighting and Proximity Fire Fighting – Current Edition.
Nomex® has excellent thermal stability and will not melt or drip. Fabric has outstanding strength, abrasion resistance and chemical resistance.
